New Year’s Resolutions

If your new year’s resolution has already been shelved, don’t worry, you’re not alone!

Less than a quarter of people who take up a new year’s resolution manage to stick to it, according to a recent article in The Guardian New year's resolutions

But, there is hope.  Energy Healer Mikao Usui, suggests using the term ‘just for today’ to try a new approach to life’s goals, makes it all much more manageable and realistic - ‘There’s no deadline on resolutions’: penguin.co.uk.

This takes a more holistic approach as we are all living changing beings, and what worked on the 1st January, may not be right on 10th January.

So, whatever you new year goals, remember to be kind to yourself, start small, and don’t give up!

Perhaps we should all just accept we are all a work in progress, whatever time of the year.
