We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Executive Suite within a Local Authority.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing diaries and email inboxes
- Assisting and advising customers via telephone calls and in person
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Completing other financial and administrative tasks such as processing invoices

Candidate requirements:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience of working within a Local Authority
