Operational Repairs Planner

Interim Operational Repairs Planner – £22.00 per hour (Umbrella) – North London

A North London Local Authority is seeking an Interim Operational Repairs Planner to support its DLO (Direct Labour Organisation) repairs service within the Housing and Regeneration Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule appointments and programmed works across the repairs service.
• Ensure operatives are allocated efficiently and effectively, maximising productivity.
• Support the management team in delivering a high-quality, responsive service.
• Work closely with teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role within a housing repairs or maintenance environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and allocate work effectively to operatives.
• Knowledge of repairs systems and housing operations desirable.
