"Independent HS2 Construction Commissioner appointed"

A press release has been issued today to document the appointment of Gareth Epps who will be an independent commissioner for HS2.

Ultimately Mr Epps "will investigate any matters that have not reached a satisfactory conclusion through HS2 Ltd’s complaints process."
