I am currently recruiting for a Service Integration Manager to work with a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.
You will work across ICT teams within the business and 3rd
party suppliers to ensure coherent integration of services.
Duties will include:
- A focus on new services – managing service acceptance criteria
- Working with managers internally to identify forward plans for service development opportunities
- Negotiating and agreeing service levels
- Liaising with suppliers
- ITIL service acceptance
- Service transition
- Service design
- Process mapping
- Maturing processes
My client is looking for a strong leader with excellent process knowledge/experience. Applicants should hold an ITIL qualification and be able to work under pressure.
It is essential that applicants have worked in a similar role previous.
