Service Delivery Manager
I am currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to work with a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham.
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of ICT production services. You will ensure delivery of ICT services across all areas, including incident management, request fulfilment and change management.
You will develop and influence relationships with business users at management level regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services/systems.
You will attend service review meetings and work to drive improvement to the service. You will also act as an escalation point in the team.
My client outsources many of their ICT services so they are looking for applicants who are used to working in an outsourced environment, dealing with large suppliers. The successful applicant will be proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic.
