IT Service Desk Analyst

My client based in Newcastle is looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst on a interim contract. The role will be to provide end user service desk support to a demanding internal business community. My client is looking for:

  • Previous 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Experience of providing support on Office 365
  • Deployment experience of Office 365
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Service Desk operations and technical specialisms

This role will also require someone to help with a deployment of Office 365 across the client’s userbase, so floor walking and rollout experience is essential. Please apply for immediate consideration.
