I am recruiting for a Head of Customer Services to join a very busy contact centre dealing with the council housing stock and the maintenance service.  
As the Head of Customer Services you will be delivering the services, taking the lead and the management of the centres operation, and development to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of customer service. 

My client is looking for applicants that have substantial experience of heading up Housing contact centre, and managing complete front office services.
You must have extensive knowledge of local government and public sector housing services.  Have experience of working with stakeholders, councillors and a proven history of performance management.
