Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £32.48-£33.81 per hour (Umbrella)
Role Overview: As a Fire Safety Lead, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head of Neighbourhood and Assets to achieve operational objectives in fire safety. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the strategic development of the service to maximise opportunities for enhanced service provision and delivery. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of professional, customer-focused, statutorily compliant, and high-performing fire safety services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Neighbourhood and Assets to achieve overall operational objectives in fire safety.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the service, identifying and maximising opportunities for enhanced service provision and delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of professional, customer-focused, and statutorily compliant fire safety services.
- Conduct IFE approved Fire Risk Assessments and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Demonstrate a track record of improving property-related health & safety services.
- Maintain knowledge of Decent Homes Standards/HHSRS and apply them to fire safety practices.
- IFE approved Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
- Demonstrable evidence of improving property-related health & safety services.
