Ethical Recruitment Policy
At Critical Project Resourcing we strive to make our impact on the environment as small as possible.
As we supply a service and all of our business is carried out in one office, we have no material goods that we supply or regulate. We train staff to be as economical as possible; for example we mainly communicate with clients and candidates by e-mail, we ensure all electrical equipment is switched off when not in use, and we recycle as much as possible.
When visiting clients and candidates we take the train and we also encourage staff to use the train or public transport to get to work if possible.
We take our impact on the local community and the wider world seriously and aim to use our influence as a business in a positive way. Whenever possible we purchase Fair Trade refreshments for our staff and use charitable recycling programmes for our ink cartridges. We purchase goods and services from within the local community at every available opportunity.
Our water coolers are supplied from AquAid. With every water cooler and bottle of water that we buy from AquAid, a donation is made on our behalf to The Africa Trust.
These funds are used to directly build fresh drinking water wells in areas in Africa where it is needed the most, like in schools and villages.Infact AquAid recently installed the elephant pump (photographed below) in Africa on our behalf.
Our systems are monitored regularly to ensure that we remain vigilant on this matter.
