A large public sector organisation is looking for a Reward Manager on both an interim and permanent basis. The role will be to encompasses both pay and benefits and includes reward project manager, coordination of annual reward deliverables, and provision of an advisory and analytical service covering all aspects of reward. This role will be a blend of both operational and strategic reward management and my client is looking for the following:
An example of the type of project being undertaken would be that the client is looking to implement a bonus scheme for its workers and my client is looking to change its reward provider.
