Senior Revit Technician

We are currently working with a reputable engineering consultancy seeking to recruit a Senior Revit Technician to work on a variety of challenging projects including healthcare, commercial offices, education, retail, mixed use, and residential schemes. As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for providing structural and civil engineering drawings for construction projects across the business.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing structural and civil engineering drawings using REVIT/AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with colleagues e.g., team leader and immediate design team, and keeping them informed on issues pertinent to your projects.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices for the company.
• Ensuring that project teams comply with all BIM requirements, including quality control, project delivery and model management.
• Providing technical support to the project engineers.
• Attending meetings and carrying out site inspections as direct by the team leader.

Skills & Experience Required:

• HNC, HND or similar degree level qualification in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Ideally CSCS registered card holder
• Excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills, including an ability to manage data, X-refs, layers etc
• Solid understanding of CDM regulations.
