Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Lead a variety of digital engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet business goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes and timely delivery.
- Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, using your negotiation skills to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Programme Support: Assist in the administration of the wider Digital Engineering programme, contributing to department-wide initiatives as required.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on digital transformation and change management.
- Ability to guide stakeholders and manage suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
- Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
